1. If the product does not satisfy you (right of withdrawal)

The Customer has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without justification. For the return to be accepted, the conditions concerning the state of the product and packaging detailed below must be met. The return cannot take place under any circumstances if the products supplied were manifestly used.

1.1. Condition of the product

The product must be in perfect condition and, as far as possible, retain its original packaging and labelling. If this condition is not met, the product will suffer a depreciation that must be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • The product must not show writing, stickers, packing tape, marks, cuts or signs of use.
  • It must retain all original labels, accessories, manuals and packaging.
  • It must be able to be re-sold as a new product.
  • Stickers attached to the helmet (homologation labels, technical labels, identifying labels, manufacturer marking, etc.) may not be removed under any circumstances. The total or partial removal of any of these stickers automatically invalidates the right to size exchange and return, as the product can no longer be sold as new and loses its traceability and conformity.

1.2. Condition of the original ADN packaging (product box)

The original product box (brand box / manufacturer packaging, hereinafter “ADN box”) forms part of the product for return purposes and must be returned in perfect condition: without cuts, without stickers, without transport labels, without seals, without pen or marker marks and without packing tape adhered to it.

The ADN box must never be used as the outer transport packaging. To return the product, the ADN box must be placed inside an additional outer box or a protective wrapping. Returning the product using the ADN box as transport packaging (with the carrier’s label stuck directly on it, packing tape, seals or any mark resulting from transport) will entail a repackaging and reconditioning charge of €15, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the ADN box arrives with cuts, perforations, breakages, attached labels or any other damage that prevents it from being re-sold as new, ADN will apply an additional depreciation proportional to the damage, in addition to the previous charge where applicable.

Returns of used, installed, manipulated, deteriorated products or those that have lost commercial fitness will not be accepted.

2. How to make a return

To process a return, the Customer must:

  1. Contact ADN beforehand at pedidos@gm2online.com or via the contact page, providing the order number.
  2. ADN will provide the instructions and the warehouse address to which the product must be sent.
  3. The Customer may send the product by their own means (carriage paid) or request the pickup service managed by ADN when available (see §3).
  4. The product must be sent properly protected, inside an additional outer box or a wrapping packaging. Never should transport labels be placed directly on the ADN box, as it is part of the product.
  5. The return number must appear clearly on the outside of the shipment.

ADN will not cover the transport costs of returns made without following the instructions provided by our customer service.

3. Return costs and pickup service

The transport costs of the return are borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered. As a facility, ADN offers a home pickup service only at the following destinations:

  • Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: home pickup service available for €10, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: no pickup service is offered, not even by paying. The Customer must mandatorily send the product by their own means and at their own cost to the warehouse that ADN indicates in Spain. Customs, import or customs management fees will not be refunded.
  • Balearic Islands, Azores, Madeira and any other island territory: no pickup service is offered. The Customer must send the product by their own means and at their own cost.
  • Rest of Europe (any country other than Spain and Portugal): no pickup service is offered. The Customer must send the product by their own means and at their own cost, including any customs or handling fees.

In the event of delivery incidents attributable to the Customer (see §6), the actual logistics costs incurred by ADN, including return and reshipment, may be deducted, in accordance with the General Conditions of Sale (minimum €10, actual amount when higher).

4. Refund of the amount

Returns and refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received, inspected and physically verified at our facilities, regardless of whether transport was arranged by the Customer or by ADN.

The refund will be made within the shortest possible time from receipt and verification of the product, and in any case within 14 calendar days following receipt of the withdrawal notification. The effective time of the credit will subsequently depend on the bank, payment platform or financial provider used.

The refund includes the price of the product but does not include the original shipping costs, nor the costs arising from the return when these correspond to the Customer, nor the reconditioning charges (€15) or reverse logistics charges (minimum €10) where applicable.

5. Size exchange

We understand that trying on a helmet at home may lead to needing another size. That is why we offer a first free size exchange: ADN picks up the original helmet at the Customer’s address and sends them the new unit in the correct size at no additional cost, always subject to stock availability.

5.1. Minimum order amount to access the first free size exchange

The first free size exchange is available only when the order amount reaches the following minimums:

5.2. Zones where size exchange is not available

The size exchange service is not available at the following destinations, due to logistical particularities and associated transport and customs costs:

  • Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife).
  • Balearic Islands.
  • Ceuta and Melilla.
  • Any other island territory (Azores, Madeira and any island in general).

At these destinations, if the Customer wishes to exchange the size, they must process it as a return in accordance with sections 1 to 4 (with shipping costs at their own expense and the product and ADN box meeting the conditions of §1) and place a new separate order.

5.3. Product and packaging conditions

For the size exchange to be free, the product and the ADN box must be returned meeting all the conditions of section §1 (product in perfect condition, with no helmet stickers removed, no writing or marks on the product, and ADN box without cuts, without transport labels and without having been used as outer packaging). Otherwise, the reconditioning charges provided for (€15 for using the ADN box as outer packaging and/or the corresponding depreciation) will be applied, and will be charged to the Customer through the payment method used.

5.4. Other conditions

  • Only one free size exchange per order will be accepted. Additional size exchanges on the same reference will be processed as a new return and a new order, with logistics costs at the Customer’s expense.
  • The exchange of colour, model or a different product will not be considered a free size exchange and will be processed as a return + new order.
  • If after the size exchange the Customer finally decides to withdraw and return the product, they must pay €20 as accumulated logistics costs for the four shipments already carried out (initial shipment, pickup of the first size, shipment of the second size and final pickup), which will be deducted from the refund amount. ADN understands that on the first shipment the Customer was already able to decide whether they liked the product or not, so the size exchange is intended solely to adjust the size and not for a second evaluation of the product.

6. Delivery incidents attributable to the Customer

The right of withdrawal does not exempt the Customer from paying the logistics costs arising from delivery incidents attributable to the Customer themselves. The following shall be considered causes attributable to the Customer, among others: incorrect, incomplete or non-existent address; erroneous contact details or inability to contact the recipient; repeated absence at the address; failure to collect the order at the assigned pickup point within the established deadline; rejection of the order without justified cause; or delivery instructions that are unfeasible or contrary to the carrier’s policies.

In these cases, ADN may deduct the actual logistics costs (return, reshipment, storage) from the refund amount, with a minimum of €10.

7. Receipt by third parties and orders > €100

For orders over €100 in which delivery has been recorded to unidentified third parties (concierges, neighbours, receptions, housemates or similar situations) and the Customer claims not to have received the goods, ADN may request a copy of the complaint filed with the competent authorities before initiating any refund procedure, insurance claim or replacement.

8. Defective product (warranty)

If the product received presents a manufacturing defect, the warranty claim procedure is described in section §8 of the General Conditions of Sale. In summary: contact ADN at pedidos@gm2online.com attaching photographs and/or videos of the defect; ADN will carry out a preliminary assessment based on the graphic material; if it cannot be clearly determined, the Customer must send the unit to the ADN warranty warehouse located in Spain, at their own cost, for testing and inspection.

9. Incorrect product

If the product received does not correspond to the order placed and the packaging remains completely sealed and untampered, ADN will cover the pickup and reshipment costs. Contact ADN at pedidos@gm2online.com within 14 days from receipt to process the exchange. No reshipment, replacement or refund will be made until physical receipt of the goods at our facilities has been verified.
